I'm Nathan "Nate" Obregon, affectionately known as 'Nate from State Farm.' As your dedicated State Farm agent in the vibrant community of Schertz, TX, I’m thrilled to serve my neighbors in Cibolo, Selma, Universal City, Live Oak, New Braunfels, Marion, Converse, Garden Ridge, Seguin, San Marcos, and San Antonio. My passion for helping others extends across the entire Lone Star State, from McAllen to Houston, Austin to Dallas, El Paso to Corpus Christi, and Laredo. With over 15 years in commercial lending and financial services, I made the bold decision to launch my State Farm agency in the summer of 2020, right in the midst of the COVID pandemic. Opening my office on November 2, 2020, has been an incredible journey filled with lessons and opportunities. My commitment to excellence has driven our early success in the insurance industry, and I truly believe selling insurance is my calling. I can't wait to see what the future holds for my fantastic team and me!

I have lived in various cities in Texas such as Dallas, Austin, Houston, Weslaco, San Benito, and Edinburg—I finally found my home in the San Antonio and Schertz area. A proud graduate of the University of Texas - Rio Grande Valley, I earned my BBA in Business-Marketing and my MBA in 2015, which solidified my roots in our wonderful Texas community.

When I'm not busy helping you find auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, business insurance, boat insurance, or RV insurance, you’ll find me enjoying quality time with my wonderful wife, Terri, of 15 years, and our two boys, Ethan and Nathaniel. Ethan is finishing his studies at Texas State, while Nathaniel is excitedly preparing for middle school. I love coaching my son's flag football and basketball teams, relishing every moment spent on the sidelines with my little guy, NJ.

In my downtime, I’m passionate about golfing, salt-water fishing, and exploring new culinary delights in our local eateries. If you have a favorite restaurant to recommend, I’m all ears (and stomach)!
